Taking the leap and betting on yourself has been a common theme in Natasha Fedor's life. From working on a charter boat to managing major accounts at BelliWelli, Natasha's wide range of experiences and ability to put herself out there have contributed to her success at BelliWelli. This is what we've learned from Natasha:

Build Relationships with Store Managers: As the West Coast Territory Manager at BelliWelli, Natasha is frequently on the road visiting stores. Building relationships with store managers is key because they have the power to improve the merchandising and shelf placement of your product. Natasha builds her relationships with store managers by giving them free samples, swag and getting on a first-name basis. One store manager was so impressed by Natasha that she moved BelliWelli on the shelf from a bottom shelf to an eye-level positioned shelf.

Embrace the Confident Character: When you're giving a sales pitch or speaking to a customer and/or retailer, it can be super nerve-racking. One of the best ways to overcome this initial fear is to embody a character that embodies confidence. Natasha learned this trick when she took acting classes in college, and she imagines herself being Don Draper from Mad Men anytime she goes in to give a speech.

Trust Your Gut: Ironically, Natasha has found a lot of success when she trusts her gut. If you're thinking about taking a leap, Natasha says just go for it.
