Meet the team
A serial entrepreneur, senior executive, and Wall Street veteran, Mitch previously served as President of Morpheus Capital, CEO of Edition Capital Partners, and global co-head of the Transportation Investment Banking Group at Salomon Smith Barney. Mitch has been the CEO of 3 trucking companies, including the largest independent trucking company in the North East. He was also President/CFO of Cambridge Capital Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: CCAC), CFO of Interpool (NYST: IPX), and was a Manager of Strategic Planning at ABC TV. Mitch has served on 10 corporate and 4 non-profit boards, including Student Sponsor Partners and the Environmentor’s Project. Mitch holds a BSBA in finance and marketing from Washington University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
FAVORITE PASTIMES:
Collecting snow globes (currently owns 2,000), long distance cycling, skiing, and cooking with friends. He runs the food blog “Dudes Who Cook”.
Max Flannery is a creative problem solver with a passion for entrepreneurship. This passion led him to co-found Adgile Media Group. He wears various hats, such as leading investor relations, hiring, and overseeing ad agency strategic partnerships. He is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio, and former Deloitte consultant. He co-founded and serves on the board of Cancer Free Kids. Max is eager to share his experiences, advice, and expertise with both new and seasoned entrepreneurs.

Spending time attending and watching Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals games with his family.
A classically trained statistician who focused on behavioral sciences a part of his MBA studies, Tom is a detailed-oriented operator that has dedicated his life’s work to making OOH look, feel, and behave a lot like the standard digital media. He does this by weaving in components like CAC, RoAS, and proof of performance. Tom spent most of his early professional career managing technical teams and developing machine-learning search & amp; wayfinding algorithms for a company that sells upwards of 700k SKUs. He is a graduate of Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

An advertising industry leader with over thirty years of agency and client management experience, Marc is a subject matter expert in multicultural marketing. A natural visionary, Marc’s previous business roles have included EVP and Chief Client Officer Publicis-Sapient. During a 12 year-tenure, Marc held numerous roles at Diageo, North America, including VP, Corporate Relations, On-Premises Strategy/ Multicultural Marketing, Director Brand Marketing Tanqueray / US Gins, and Director Brand Marketing Cîroc Vodka. Marc currently serves as the Chair, of the Board of Directors of ADCOLOR, and the Board of Trustees of Adelphi University his undergraduate Alma Mater. His former board roles include the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre.
